Refund Pearl item

Hi my friend was about to send me a gift but accidentally he bought it for himself ( he can't use it on his class it was a outfit ) he didn't open it or use would be possible to refund his pearls ? Or at least change the outfit to his class x _ x

 

unless he paid for them i doubt he'll get a refund for a free item mistake

Unfortunately no they wont refund any pearl item bought or sent by mistake. Best your friend can do is trade to an alt on right class and use himself or sell on market if its sellable. Then try again when he has more pearls.

Mistakes happen, but pearls are given for free so its not a big loss.
