    I accidentally bought a wrong item on the GameZ BDO web shop. I want to refund it since i will not be using it. I did not get it yet and it is still in the email.
    How can i contact about it and will I be able to get the refund?

    Your mistake your response. They dont refund items for this reason

    Not exactly. As long as the item has not yet been taken from the mailbox, we will give a full refund to the player.
