Regarding Seasonal Event

Hey, Im new to gamez and I played it around 2days and more, and Im playing on EU Server.
so I wanna ask about season pass, why I cant buy it, like when I clicked it, it popped up nothing ( nothing to buy )

and also another question is :
I already exchange to all tuvala gear from naru pen, but it seems the enhancing rates different from naru rates (and also retail tuvala rates) is it error or just gamez rates, because its so low like going to duo/tri ( I know there is 100% guaranteed enchantment to tri ) but yeah, and 1 last thing

How to get the "season exchange coupons" ? I mean it said that I need to complete [Season] Fughar's gift but how ? and its still locked

In regards to the black spirit season pass, you buy it on the webshop. On the website, click Donate -> Webshop -> Function, and you will see it there.

 

ah okeyy thank you, thats why Im wondering about where to get the black spirit season pass was,

but regarding the enhancement rate on tuvala gear, anyone know why its so low...?

 

Black Spirit Pass is available at Pearl Shop only in the first week of the Season, after that you may only get it through Web Shop.
GameZ Enhancement Formula is different from retail but, in general, it's easier to enhance equipments here. Tuvala and Naru doesn't share same rates, so you'll notice a higher challenge upon enhancing Tuvala but nothing compared to regular/bosses/blackstar items.
Season Special Gift is obtainable once you graduate. After completing the quest "[Season Server Graduation] Into the Big Wide World" you have to talk with Fughar to get "[Season Special Gift] Dreams Ebb and Flow".
