I had to pick this bit because clearly someones business knowledge is a little off to say the least....Now, i may use some big words in here Karissa, many of them could be over 4 letters, pm me if you need me to explain.

Before you go into business you need a product, a good product that has a demand and as little competition as possible. Right now, you don't have a good product, your product is in fact so bad that the customers you have are going elsewhere. You also have competitors that right now seem to have a much better version of your product available and are doing a much better job at managing it and attracting customers, yours infact. You do however have a demand but it's a market your never going to hit because of the first failing, bad product

Whats the answer? Trick question, it's easy right, get a better product (tell me you got that one). Your product needs management because you can't do it all yourself so the people you hire become part of your product and part of what you offer.

So... and this is the thing that makes me wonder what business school you went to. You alienate all your staff who clearly are as much an attraction to your product as the product itself. Market research (fancy way of saying read the forums) tells you this. You then let the product rot on it's own by making no attempt to keep it up to date and in working order. This can only lead to one thing, total failure (good luck getting investment for this product, i'm sure the donators have already started to dwindle).

Having managed dealerships for a lot of years and been very very successful i'm going part with some advice for you and it going to be free of charge. You are going to have to swallow your pride and start to do what's best for your business, not necessarily for you, if you want to survive. This is gonna hurt but the alternative is failure and you know it. You could of course give all this up and sell chocolate fire guards which as your current product stand, would probably be more succesful.

Still a business, whether legit or not (think of the cocaine trade in columbia... BIG business). Same rules apply, it has to have good caring management, good product, and paying customers.
