I don’t have brilliant ideas .If I had ones, I would have shared them so far. But if they are as ‘brilliant’ as this one –Hell, no ! Ok here is the thing: As a cleric , u are supposed to wear chain (that’s how it is in Aion, I didn’t make that up ). Ofc if u are too much into fashion u can walk around in leather /cloth gear since there isn’t restriction for chain –users to wear those. In fact, there are some chain parts that rly look awesome and if u look around in sanct /pand , u will notice how many great – looking chain-using chars there are.
Moreover, if I start playing on another server ( lets say the one the poster comes from), I wont start whining that I cant lvl up to 55 lvl in 2 hours ( which I can do here) or that they should increase the drop rate cuz that’s how it is on Gamez. I will just start from nothing and I will try to adapt. When u go to another school , u don’t go complain to the principle that u were allowed to smoke in the class-room in ur former school and now u cant. U don’t change the rules , u adapt to them.

 

Why there is suggestion section then?

that is not true
if my opponent is smart enough to use a mr set and a dd set but is stupid enough to not remo them then i could and would use it to my advantage to distinguish and therefore act accordingly in pvp . so yes it will hurt hardcore pvp'ers and incredibly hard-to-find 1v1's
when u have 1 tough sob infront of you u need everything to take him down (exceptionally good clerics, glads or even sorcs)

funny discussion.

I have been playing on IA, where we had this feature and i can tell you i barely saw 1 or 2 sorc wearing plate (this is just an info, not trying to compare both server ). You say you look at armor to pvp ? how do you manage those wearing costume remodel ? do you get lost ? Will i rape u by suprise if i remodel all my gear lowbie green stuff ? i don't think. Should be some kind of tard to not be able to differenciate the sorc using a jewel and the glad running with his spear in group pvp.

You claim that chain user should wear chain because that's how it is on retail ? i loled again, this server is far from retail and don't aim to match it. I won't waste time listing u exemple of what this server intentionnaly made different from retail. Allowing us to have more freedom in our choice and way to fight.

As this as already been mentionned, this is the suggestion forum, Doremy got a good one, and it seem to please several people.
I really hope this suggestion get to developers hears

 

I'd love to sport something different-looking than plate on my tank, and all the costumes (sorry to say) just look stupid. I say do it.

thats should be great if this server have cross remodeling..

ex: i have veile pauldrons remod to cloth,which means i can only sell it to someone who needs that pauldrons then remo it to cloth and it stucks right there.. only to ppl who need cloth >.<

 

Well...I do believe it would be fun to have a nice wardrobe of looks to our toons, I can definately see the added fun while running to the Temple of Gold and taking my time to stop and check out the different looks that ppl put together- as far as it actually happening- entirely different scenario.

Good Idea!! I could only see it as being a benefit for the server as ppl would invest in more gear from the credits shop. But im sure this is as far as it will go unfortunately

Just wanna say if you are being thwarted by the looks that others are wearing- it just may prove to better you as a pvper the next time around, as we always do, hopefully you dont have a complex with costumes, and good luck!! btw- this is suggestions, why are there harsh responses to mere suggestions?
