Where do I report players for safe spot killing/camping?

EDIT: I see you already created one, nevermind ;o Also, i don't think that attacking a Fortress is Prohibited. Perhaps Obelisk-Camping and Spawnkilling yes, but attacking people in Towns is not, or at least wasn't back when I was playing.

 

He hasnt done anything wrong. lol
