    dont worry bro i have the same problem since gamez updated to 4.0 i started to play again ! same with me no cyber cafe or anything related i dont share my internet no shits like that still cant vote ( and yes i did changed my browser tried all of them reinstalled the windows nothing changed )
    edit: and its not wifi internet
