Resist Resist Resist...?

From Retail Point of view, no one uses MA anymore its all about MB / MR and HP, for pve and for pvp its mainly just MB or MR. I'd recommend getting rid of all your MA stones and just sticking to MB, but then again its retail, so we only have to worry about 1 person running around with Gov. set.

 

MB MR is a god set on sm one of my favorite especially against pesky sins and rangers lol.

 

Hate to tell you, Storm of Aion reduces MR not Maccu.

Storm of Aion IV. Inflicts 618 magical wind damage on a target within 25m and decreases its Magic Resist by 200 for 10 sec. Chain Skill Level 1.

 

Yeah my bad, i remember when i was dueling a cleric with my mr set and was supposed to watch out for SoA cause it would decrease my MR and he'd hit more..don't even know how that got mixed up with MA

 

who is resisting their attacks? I have a little less than that and nobody resist ...

Can't even hit clerics with the best gear and full ma on every part of my set with ma food and ma candy :3

MA coding is clearly screwed on bards in siel :3.

I'm sure MB is great in retail seen as the coding's are obviously more accurate then here.

 

try crit spell...is just great as bard is simple kinda ...hit 1'2 skills random..then reduce mr/surpres debuffs then nuke em all work good I ve tested in arena crucib a lot that way. my bard were full crit spell weapon/ mb/hp mac/hp set

It really doesnt seem that off to me..If you take into account that if you sleep your enemy they gain 300 mr...and that clerics in endgame gear are gona have 2750 mr...which if u have 2600 ma thats gona be 15% resist right there add sleep its gona be 45% resist...As long as u use your -300 mr you should probably hit 100%....not that bards should be able to kill clerics in the first place...or vice versa.

 

That's if the -300 mr skill actually lands in the first place and sadly sometimes it gets resisted.

Bards & cleric's are relative easy for bard ( chanters way easier no clenses ha ) just the MR saves them in fact songweaver is more OP then spiritmaster if you master it unless the SM fear locks me then they are no match unless they double proc with silence to be honest.

Just spam clense there dots and spam heal until they run out of MP, drain there MP to if you want to make it faster... unlike sorc/sm songweavers silence comes with 3k+ drainage MP hehe.

Most people under estimate songweaver cause uh well... not sound rude or anything but let's be honest there's hardly any decent bards playing... I have seen many bards and most are quiet horrible and just spam random skills... some don't even understand half the skills, they just seem clueless.

I'm still waiting for a cleric to beat me... I have never lost to any cleric yet on a 1 vs 1. however the fights with cleric usually 3-5 mins if there a good cleric and cause they resist most of my skills.

I'ts just those players with 2700+ MR that take for ever to kill (some).

 

Well maybe if you played with your real ping u'd get more of a challenge out of the game wink wink. Yea i seen your bard in altgard spamming skills at meh cleric lols.
