    bump again... this was supposedly gunna be handled by evilset days ago according to his post but he keeps "forgetting" and then he said i have to wait for carl to log on.. like that will ever happen.... shoulda just said when pigs fly -__- now hes been ignoring me ever since. so is anyone gunna fckin help me with this???

    Waiting for Carl to get on is like never, they are just waiting for you to forget or leave, cause it seem like they are much too busy or lazy to be help you get your stuff back.

    from what i understand and heard this shouldnt be that hard to do >.> they wont even take the time to transfer bg off my bugged character -__-

    It takes less then a few minutes to transfer BG/gives his item back, but staff is being lazy, and do they really need to ask Carl to restore a player item when that player has been stuck forever? The quality of player support is extremely pathetic.

    It just never going to happen, they are pulling stuff out from their rear end expecting us to buy it all, and god we all know Carl will never go on and we have SAM/HGM for these kind of issue no? If we need Carl just to transfer item/BG from a stuck character that will never get unstuck is pathetic, what is the use of having a SAM/HGM when they can't even do anything without having Carl actually going on to do these thing?
