    Manos Hoe - recover durability doesnt work​
    Bug Description:
    Recovering durability with Manos Hoe using memory fragments dont recover any durability.
    Hoe at 20/130 Durability, +8
    It uses memory fragments, but no durability increase.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    recovering a +8 Manos Hoe at Blacksmith, Velia​
