    Its pretty retarded if those with access to the databases and back up saves can't just restore his character.

    seriously, how stupid are the people that program this thing? Or if not stupid then heartless? Lazy? Cruel? Pick one, you can't summon up a good reason for refusing to fix this problem that doesn't end in your own negative disposition being shown

    It was a dumb move to 'test' delete his character in hopes that it would become unstuck, but it's the administrations fault he was in that situation in the first place.

    I bet if you asked every player on the shard what they would do, the solution would be clear, then if you refused that option, how many would stay, i wonder.

    Its not a mystery why Daax gave up her AM job, i am beginning to see.

    I have to say that move was pretty foolish. However, they can track individual item codes your specifically, if it still exist on the game = trying to scame or , if it was deleted then I do not see why you cannot be refunded if you purchase items then there should be they should be able to pull history files on the toon still. I have to say It does not look good. GL to u.

    if the rules were followed staff shouldn't give you back your items
    however they have been breaking this rule for a long time due to hacks/items magically disappearing etc
    • You agree, that all transactions made are final and will not be refunded in any way.
    • You agree, that virtual assets such as player items will not be restored if lost or stolen.

    my char has been stuck for 2 months and no action was made by bryne or carl i was sending them messages ive been spaming unstuck request... zodake and other am refering me to bryne or carl..... its unfair.... i spend a lot of time and effort to get those gears ive been playing here since 1.5 i follow the rules ig i haven't enter prison even once..
