    Usually sold in General Goods. I cant buy this ress crystal from any stores. Dont tell me this is now a premium item that can only be bought by using webshop please...

    As already mentioned, this is a bug, and it's in the list we give the admins for "things they need to fix".
    We as staff cannot know when the admins will fix the bugs, that's why we do not tell you when they will be fixed, @Giullia. There's only so much we can do when we are not responsible for bug fixes and the admin does not inform us even about the progress of the bug fixing.
