Rewards ( Kinah - Token ) Not working ?

Hello everyone .

I started Aion not long ago. I have 1 character in Lumiel Server.

- I Clear my computer history just in case something when wrong to the voting process.

- What I did.

1. Log in to Gamezaion.

2. go to vote / rewards page.

3. click Lumiel. ( I only have 1 character. )

4. i vote all of the selections I belive its all 6 and 1 = 500,000 kinah.

5. expecting to get million kinah after the votes.

6. ----- IT DIDNT WORK-----NOTHING HAPPENS-------STILL 77,546 kinah. U.U

I need some explanation. u.u

 

There is a bug with the kinah is not working.. as for the token.. you have to be offline from game..

 

For the record Im offline when i vote. I think i got the tokens.. well i guess my major prob now is the kinah

 

yeah.. its been a couple of months that we dont recieve kinah
