why is everyone so blind to the fact that it take no time to get a max char on this server so SCAMMING EVERYONE will make everyone hate that char....what happens when he makes a new account or char and just gives all his scammed stuff to the new 1. you can get 55 in less then 2 hours. why does everyone act like this isnt a private server with really high rates and even high rates for premium???

By the way, I was also in ventrilo with you guys when he told you he'd give you the Kinah & when the event happened. So I can testify on that one.

As for other replies to this topic (I haven't been home for 11 hours now) - I've also been banned from Rinaya's ventrilo server (for no apparent reason), and another funny thing is that Rinaya actually didn't want me to be in ventrilo with him and Brax the other day because "he was talking about stuff he didn't trust me with".... just shows what he's been up to.

would like to give a shout out to an anonymous person who just sent me a PM about the plans of the scammer - Rinaya. A very useful info that incase this banning will not work due to all the items of the char Rinaya and Trelly will be transfered into a more secured (permium account) account.

I hope the Staff will act as they are supposed to, that this little information will totally change everything on how they ban a person. And if this strategy or idea of passing items can dodge (Rinaya can dodge) the user's banning, then a back-up plan or a much thorough investigation must be done in-order to show the public that there is no escape for this kind of people.

I would like to thank all the people who posted and supported this issue, and i really hope we (the gamezaion citizens) will work together as one and unite to catch all this felons (hackers, scammers, glitchers) and finally end or at least shake their existence. There is no other person who can help us but ourselves. Even the GM's need our help on catching this kind of people... lets help them clean this up , and who knows.. we might even help gamezaion to be known as the Server where the community is united in catching those low life sc*mbags.


PS: he stated that the Trelly char was still online yesterday.. meaning the account was never even locked for investigation. i really dnt know how the process goes and i know the staff knows what they are doing and thank you.

 

To everyone, I understand you are all upset about this whole situation. I understand this seems fishy, and I cannot blame you all, but just like every story, there are two sides. Rinaya has told Bones plenty of times that he was working on getting the money to pay him. Not only that but he gave him 2 billion kinah, and AB greaves. I actually was there when Rinaya was discussing with Braxton what his address was so in face he could send the money to him through mail. I also heard Rinaya trying to pawn out some goods virtually so he could in turn make enough to repay Bones the credits he is owed. When it comes down to it, this is just a lack of patience on Bone's part. Yet again I heard Rinaya with my own ears explain to Bones it may take a while to in fact gather up enough credits to be able to pay him. And if you all must know the truth, two of Rinaya's friends were stabbed recently. He hasn't been active because they were in critical condition, I will post a link to the article at the bottom. So please, understand that some of you may like or dislike Rinaya, and some of you may side with Bones. But with every story there are two sides. I have full faith in Rinaya paying him, but real life trumps virtual life anyday. Patience is a virtue.

On the other hand, If this will be the situation he should have sent a mail to bones that he will not be able to be online because of RL issues, and he should send a mail that he will promise that he will pay the credits he awe to bone as sign of assurance that he is really paying bones. This will only take 5 mins of his time if he does so.

 

Or, if he can't pay, he could give the items back. You should have the money up front when purchasing something.

 

Yes he should of, but i know for a fact that he is paying him, he has been buying UGC Cards which sell for 10-20 dollars and trying to sell them on forums to get money on his paypal account, so that he could buy the credits for Bones.
