Rollback after coming back online

Hello fellas,

I just returned to gamezBD after a couple months and I noticed that lots of stuff is missing in my account. Including but not limited to:
Several pearl Items I needed to rebuy for example underwear, ghilie
the capotia Ring is back in my loyalty inbox wtf
My fairy is gone and I needed to get a crappy new one including doing the quest again
a billion silver missing from my main city is missing
Several knowledge entries
etc

Now my week is ruined what a nice start into the new year
At least I didnt lose a webshop Item that I paid actual money for.
How can I prevent this from happening? is there a way to get the stuff back? Maybe there are some server logs? My Family name is DrMedEichel on the EU server.

You are probably trying to use another account or you are on the wrong server. It must be one of these two possibilities because there's no such thing as rollback mechanics.
