Rookie Rewards/New Player Rewards Missing

    With the recent server update and attendance rewards reset, new player rewards are missing and I was only a few days in, is it possible that this could be fixed somehow? I'm not too concerned with missing them but the value packs and stuff would've been really nice.

    The same thing has happened to me. and on top of losing the rookie sign in bonus, the loyal and valks reset as well. It would be a big help for us new players if something could be done about this.
