Rubins Adventure Log Journal 4 Rewards Bugged​

Bug Description:

Hi,i recently complete book 4 of rubin the herald's adventure journal and the rewards for part 1,3 and 5 do not seem to apply(shown in the 1st screenshot). According to the text,it is supposed to be +1 max cap to the existing valks cry/fairy blessings cap we have,so +13 valks cry/fairy blessing usuable at max or maybe permanent +3 failstacks,neither of which are applied to my characters.
Screenshots 1,2,3 are from completed Rubins Book 4
Last screenshot is showing my total journal buffs,of which the permanent fs+2 is from rulupee book,as shown in screenshot 4 and 5.
No reward shown or applied from Rubin's Book 4 Quest 1,3,5.
