Runaway or not?

I've rarely seen my uncle leave home for more than 1 day, and today marks the 4th day he isn't home. It's true that he was a major gangster long ago [drive-by shootings, getting rid of opposing gangs, etc.] But the best illegal thing he can do nowadays is transferring guns to his former bros, other than that, he is a worker, chronic smoker, and a loving dad [to his 3 children that is]

3 days ago, he took his mom's car and disappeared. His phone has been off, although on one occasion that it's on, it was some Mexican chick that answered the call and repeatedly told my grandma it was a wrong number.

Knowing how spoiled my uncle can be, my grandma takes it that he's only away for a while, and will come home soon afterward. But I can see her worried eyes.

What's worse, his kids aren't getting picked up to grandma's house on weekends without him [Since his wife and him had a messy divorce] That's what's killing me and grandma right now.

If this goes on any longer, we might resort to outside forces. For now, any suggestions?

 

Just wait, find something to do in that time that will take your attention from this. If he doesn't come in 5 days or so, you should start acting then.

 

Tbh i would act now with calling all his friends , if no result ...the police . And if u say that he is a loving father...its really hard to believe that he would just leave his 3 children alone , you and ur gran worrying about him.
in any case , i hope he's fine and he will return home.
