Rune Carve on Sin? Bug Abuse?

    Hi hi,

    I'm new to my Sin, Demise and I noticed something yesterday in a duel with a other sin...

    It only takes one rune to activate lvl 5 rune: for example: like I attack you with first rune and automatically I can use Signet or Radiant.

    Is it bug abuse? Or it is allowed?

    I tired looking for a other post simplar but no luck. So sorry if I did post a other by accident.

    I just want a simple answer.

    It's aloud, it'd be really hard to moderate assassins based on if they carve enough runes or not for skills :p
