saigord horn DELETE HELP

I deleted the horn of saigord by mistake and when I cancel the mission, it goes to the previous one, it doesn't come again, can you help me, it says shadow arena or something, but I couldn't find it, is there a chance to get the item back?

Have you tried to get another one with NPC Lizella Aeo?
If you retake the quest and it asks you to start from a previous mission then just keep doing it.
