    seems like 243 ATK is the normal rate bcuz i got the same stats, and his set is bugged :S

    its easy, we put in a part and screen, put in the next and screen, .......

    and i think his set is bugged a bit maybe more stats are screwed or def dont get countet what ever.. maybe GM is online to replace his set with another same +15 and socketed :S
