    I Give the full Marni's Stones NPC Wacky Toshi and nothing happen.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Quests just not working. Is not possible done this quests​

    What the bug-report really needs is either some screenshots of it or even better a video showing it, both of which you cannot crop or change in any way, otherwise it is not proper proof.
