    The boss spawns in a neutral map, meaning both races can farm it. It is not the Elyos race's fault because they camp and own it. There were numerous opportunities for Asmo to do the same thing but it never happened. Best thing you can do is make an Elyos character and use it to farm TBTs or gather enough people to push back the Elyos camping it. Last resort is to trade your stuff for TBTs.
