Scamer in siel

Hi everyone, i just got an serious problem, today i just wanted to buy 2k credits and Blackxshadow whispered me that he have 2k credits and he ask me what item i want and i say abg spear,i say how much kinah ..20b is good ok..After he say to give him first half of the money that means 10b and when he come with the spear to give him the other 10b ...ok all good till here..i give him first 1b..and after i traded 3 times 3b =1b+3+3+3=10b and when i give him all the money he said me to wait here because he will go another character(Tway) and whisper me when he get the item i wait like 1 hour and he never comes back,now i just want to recover my 10b back and ban that scamer if its possible.thats all..and sorry for my bad english.Thx in advance.
