Screen Freeze on select server !!!

    I cant select a server, the game freeze at the server selection screen !!!!

    using NCSoft Launcher and Selected NA region ^^


    can anyone help me ?

    i hace already downgrade my version and an error jumps out: "Critical error: error loading dll: crysoundsystem.dll eror code 127", what can i do???

    im from argentina and i'm using a w7 proffesional 64bits, thx!
