screen goes blank

after i open gamez it shows NC soft logo then goes blank still plays music and such but i cant log in shows the background after a min or so but no log in boxes i ran the repair thing still no dice? is there anything else i can do or?

it just shows the background of belusan or w/e and Kamar i think music plays and all but log in boxes and stuff dont pop up just shows the picture

 

run retail through ncsoft launcher, sometimes that fixes things. if login screen loads properly, close it and try gamez again

try install this
Download DirectX 9.0c (Jun 10) - Download - FileHippo.com
extract, run dxsetup.exe, restart ur pc when its done

see if that changes anything

did the game ever work be4 for u? might help if u post ur pc specs and os

 

yea it ran just fine i was on earlier logged out to eat went to log back on and this happened

 

errr if thats the case...have u tried restarting ur pc? xD sometimes the simplest things do the trick

yea i do. anyways if ur not on win xp, u can do a system restore to like 1-2 days back when it worked. that can help. sorry a bit of relationship issues on skype atm so bit busy.
