Resolved Screen Going Black in Game

I had deleted the earlier version of BDO and then done a fresh install and fresh game launcher, I have also added both the Directories to my exception rules, made sure the Properties is unchecked to read me only, I have done the gamestatus file from 0 to 1.
I have also updated the GPU drivers and I am running the latest Net Framework 4.7 and so far it loads and then once in game it lags then freezes screen goes black, then it comes back and sometimes I can do a few things and then it goes black again.. So in short I can't really play the game like this.
Other large online games work fine just BDO is having this issue.

I have tried a few more things, May be with the window modes, I tried optimized and a few things lowering the graphics and then wen't to full screen, logged a few times testing and now went back to the windowed screen and High on graphics and so far seems OK..
Might be settings wouldn't refresh to correct mode causing some buggyness..

Update I have been online afk For many hours now and i am still having the issue, no resolve yet.

edit.. I posted this and it crashed with this error report.

 

I guess its amd gpu, but latest driver not. means it's the best for your gpu. try an older driver, and make it a fresh install, i. mean Google guru ddu, to. full remove your driver with all the settings, then you can try another driver. black screens while you are playing its mostly cuz of corrupted driver files I guess. your error I had it too, no idea what causing it, it's game side at all.

 

I do have the latest driver atm, but I may have to go back to a older one and give it a go. I am running the MSI GTX 1060 Gamer X 6gb.

 

This error (not enough quota) is almost always caused by mousing over your gamezbd icon in tray. Rebooting the computer and avoiding that icon in tray fixes it. Use the black desert online icon instead.

 

I had something similar today too. Only once never happened again.
Screen went black while I was gathering some Super High Quality water. Because its hot this summer. I need refreshments alright!
So it went black, I tapped out and launcher said "New update available" lol. Restart everything and it was normal again.

 

I know it is still effecting me on playing. The gameplay icon is not the issue, it happens and acts as if the game is under load, but resources show it has plenty CPU, Memory and internet speed.
I guess I will work on it when I get some down time.. Till then any ideas are welcomed.

I got it solved! I went ahead and deleted my usercache again and it hasn't messed up any. Just sad i have to remember how to set all my bars and all again.
