[Screen] the screen goes black

hello good night (or day ), my screen when I go into northern coast in Latheron (Theobomos) My screen stay black, Ja decreases the graphics and nothing, I "repair" the game and nothing, restarted the pc and also did not work can someone help me? I'm posting the SS

have you overclocked your CPU, GPU, or RAM? if so, try setting the clocks back to default. I've been told that this problem is called "artifacts in the screen", usually from a faulty graphics card. I had the same problem, but when I set my CPU clocks back to normal (had a 200MHz increase) it stopped happening.

if you haven't messed around with computer clocks, then it might be your graphics card. try other games out, maybe create a new character in your account and fool around for a couple of hours. it certainly does look like a graphics card issue, not the game, so start with that and discard the possibilities bit by bit.

hello, I've been in this spot before and did not gave any problem, the problem has now come to what I was doing a quest, and not over done in my card (Radeon HD 5770, 6GB memory, phenom II x6 1100T, I believe that is not hardware.

I will try to increase the quality graphics in the game.

the problem came back the same way, the Observatory was> Cavern and gave the bug again, i not changed the graphics and gave the, bug in the game can only be in game
