Scroll bosses doing odd damage (high damage output)​

Bug Description:

Noticing oddly much higher damage output from relic and pila scroll bosses. Even did a few Bheg scrolls and he too was doing some odd high damage. The damage was coming in at high attack rate but boss does not attack this fast.

Bheg = 100-200 damage every 0.2 seconds for 2-3 seconds when he should only do 1 attack with chain throw.
Khlak from Pila scroll = 100-300 damage every 0.2 seconds for 2-3 with no animation as soon as he spawns nearly killing me with 3,000 HP and 250DP.
Last boss from Relic scroll = same thing, that odd 100-200 damage every 0.2 seconds for 2-3 seconds with no animations.

Last week damage was normal from scroll bosses. Something messed up with recent server update/patch.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Spawn any scroll boss and watch damage tick away super fast but no animations going on. Something just doesnt seem right.​
