Scythe looking weapon?

The other day I bumped into another player and he looked like he was a grim reaper. His costume was a black cloak but what stood out the most was his weapon. It look like a grim reaper's scythe. Wondering if anyone know what weapon that is. I would love to remodel into that if it isn't some very rare weapon.
