Sealed Danuar Mysticarium

As title says i want to talk about Sealed Danuar Mysticarium. Lumiel can sometimes be boring cause there is nothing to do solo when there aren't enough people for dungeons. So i found this solo dungeon but there is a problem. In order to enter it you need Aetheric Field Piece. Well first of all the npc doesn't give them for quest cause when you talk to him he does not have any quests to take. Second is try to get it from monster drops. Well something is wrong with drops cause some high chance drops don't appear when looting. So my question is. Does Sealed Danuar Mysticarium work? If not can you give any advice to players what to do solo?

 

You can get the Aetheric Field Piece from a weekly quest in the town, but in order to get access to the instance your legion needs to be successful in Stonespear Siege.

So what about monster drops? I am farming them every day. Is the drop so rare or do you need siege to get drops?
