    Hey,
    So i think i deleted my Honorable Adventurer's Certificate and forfeited my box exchange quest, beacuse i changed my mind midway few weeks ago and can't get them back. Can I retake those quests somehow? Fughar or black spirit shows no quests or lost items, i have all quests activated in logs. Tried on season and normal channels too, same result.

    If you had this certificate it was probably from another Season, which can't be used while another Season is running and/or if the season you got the certificate has already ended.
    So it's not a bug and we can't replace the missing item. You have to graduate in this current season.
