Just want to ask where is my items after the previous season ends, just came back after 6 months, didn't received ticket to change Pen season item to regular Tri boss item.

You can find everything you would need here, about Seasons on BDO.
In order to spare you some time, I could alternatively just tell you, that if you do not play the game, and do the Graduation yourself, you cannot expect that game automatically does this for you.

So basically your items will not be there, and you cannot get the rewards from Graduating either. You will have to play in order to get those things.
