    This item seems to have been removed in the last patch?

    It just means that there isn't a special fishing area near Velia anymore, and that no one can complete this questline:

    That questline is quite rewarding, especially for season characters, and newly started players.

    Can we expect the return of both the special fishing area, and the Coelacanth, and the questline again?

    There was never this quest on gamez, its even not present in game client.
    And also this item also not present in game.
    Maybe u talk about non season item?
