Season Pass bug help?

So I finish story main quest to get the Season pass rewards which i cleared and did not receive the reward which this has happen in the last season. anyone can help or know why? the MSQ and reward was for [Main Quest] [Awakening] Artufacts of the naga then talk to the black spirit

 

Alright, I know it is frustrating to figure out how to write in English, but there are many helpful and free translators out there, so you might want to consider using one of those in the future.

I am guessing that, you are stuck on the Seaon Pass reward: https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/122/3/ (I know this quest has several entires in BDOcodex)

The best way to solve most quest problems, is to forfeit the quest, and retake it.
Not quite sure if this applies to your particular situation, but checking the quest, and whether you have completed the requirements, for the Season Pass (https://grumpygreen.cricket/season-pass/), is really the best place to start.
