Solved Season Pass Bugged, Can't Redeem Rewards

Have the Black Spirit Pass and I've been strugling to make this work and there is no way, as the title says I can't redeem rewards since I seem to be stuck/bugged in the mission of the TRI (or Superior) Tuvala Ring. Here's a clip since the option to talk to the Black Spirit isn't showing up for me and upon reviewing the clip I noticed the TRI and TET Tuvala Rings don't have my Family name on them even tough I enchanted them both before recording, only one of my PENs have my name but it should count anyways. Please help!

 

Update: Don't know if someone on the GameZ side fixed it for me but all is good now, I talked with the Black Spirit and he counted the mission, thanks!
