seasonal mobs

Hello,
i want permanent seasonal class (once new seson ends i will delete the old season character and create it anew) and im wondering who to pick
so far i was using Musa but it dosnt seem as the best pick for me so i want to switch him for diferent class

now that leads me to coupel of questions ...

here on GameZ mobs in higher end areas are (atleast players say that) boosted in comparison to Retail,
BUT i have also heard that seasonal mobs are NOT boosted
aka the dificulty of mobs : GameZ > Retail = GameZ Seasona
is this true ??

im asking mainly because i woulkd like to try grinding in higher end zones with seasonal character as it is done on Retail but im wondering if its even possible
and if it is, then what palces would be good, SE, Miromuk, Aakman/Hystria, etc ... and depending on that i would be able to choose my permanent seasonal character
