Seasonal reward Pen Capotia earring Disappeared​

Bug Description:

my pen capotia earring disappeared off my main sometime during this current season not sure if it was after an update or after i finished getting the seasonal rewards and finishing Fuhgars 40 day quest​

How to reproduce/proof:

fuhgar shows that i have exchanged for it but i have checked all my storage's, all mounts land and sea, and all my characters the earring is nowhere to be found​

 

40 day quest it was reward form 1 season ago. If you had item and lost it mean u trashed it or forget on one of characters.
