second screen issue

hello i was on bdo and the game crashed suddenly and now top portion of my second screen is cut off. i see half of a desktop icon. my browser top portion is gone too. i can't fix it at all. i tried everything. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling graphics driver. resetting up resolutions. using auto adjust on my second monitor. nothing is working. BDO caused this and i can't fix it at all. my display is stretched and looking very weird. i also tried rollbacking graphics driver nothing is working at all. please help how do i fix this?

 

Hmmm, actually this isn't a GamezBD problem at all. It is merely a display error. I don't really know too much about having several screens, since in all my computer experience (around 35 years now), I have never needed two screens

However my generalized experience with computers, and windows, might do the trick. So...this will sounds really simplistic, but; have you tried disconnecting the second screen? See if there is a problem with the primary screen, then if that works just fine, change the options for the second screen to Clone, and reconnect the second screen.

If that works, then you can try to change the option for the secondary screen, to Extended.
