Select Char. and got Crash

When I select char. then after the loading screen, the game will crash.
Sometimes, I can enter the game, but the server will be delayed (can't talk to NPC, can't take off equipment, can't get world channel dialogue) and finally there will be a black screen of reconnecting. This situation will keep repeating until the game crash happens again.
I tried the following methods, but it didn't work:

Turn off all antivirus (include window defender) and firewall.
Check I have installed Visual C++
Check video card drivers are up to date
Reboot
Reinstall Window and updated

I found this post and clean reinstall, but it didn't work.

Perform a clean reinstall.

2. Reinstall game: Use Last Launcher (Include Force check)

But still didn't work...
Anyone can help? OR do I need to upload my log file here?

 

Have you recently updated your OS? Could you try running a system file check and then trying again. If that doesn't work could you open event viewer and open the game and paste the error log it gives when it crashes again.
