Cant Change Account Password

Hello :sideways:

1. I have the problem with changing my account password, I cant change the password because I already forgot my old email password and security question too :unsure: can someone staff or admin change my email account game with my new email please? So I can change my password :smile: if the staff want question about my game account to make sure that I have that account, I can :wink:
2. The second problem is, why I cant donate with super rewards? There is no item to display, like this screenshot :

But when I asked to my friend, he can donate with super rewards and there is the item to display...


This is my problems, I hope Staff and Admin can fix it. Thank you before :love:

For the 2nd part, you have to click the "Purchase" Tab, superrewards also has free offers (filling out crap surveys etc), that's why you don't see anything.

 

what happens with the server?
I cant log in about 3 days....

 

You should try to atleast isolate the problem so you know what went wrong or what needs fixing. First off, were you able to log in before 3 days? When was the last time you logged in? What did you do before you had that problem?

 

I've logged in 3 days ago 12.05.2013.I had no problems with the game before..And then I wanted to log in the game and the game said this: you have been disconnected from the server....then the game is closed

 

Last question: What did you do before you had that problem? Did you download something or?

 

yes i downloaded,but just movies with torrent.
by the way, the server version 3.5.0.6 right? so i dont need update,repair or something?

 

Hmm strange. I never encountered anything like this before. Are you using any ping reducers?

 

yea this one Leatrix_Latency_Fix_3.00 maybe this the problem?

 

Have you tried logging in without it? If you can log in after you uninstall it THEN you know what the problem is =d Note that uninstalling leatrix requires a pc restart or network card restart. But... I have leatrix installed as well but I can play GameZ with it no problem.

 

OWin can u try to loing with ur Acc from other PC?

 

wow and the last comment, when you must enter a user name and password.....no matter what I write there even quit the game..

 

them just reinstal ur game and instal again

have someting wrong with ur fails
1st try only reinstal and instal gamez launcher
if didnt work just DL again all game

Must be a problem with your firewall then. Something is blocking your access to GameZ which explains why you cant log in even with whatever you put in there. Can you double check your firewall settings? Have you tried downloading the installer again?

 

I turned off the firewall and nothing...
So I reinstall the game,maybe its will good.

 

well, sounds really funny, how its can be problem with firewall or client (etc, etc) if many pll have same problem, even me (cant login 3 days)( i dont download anything, dont change client, i did not anything), more then it, i sure its server problem.... (i try all reinstall client, unstuck request, login without any reducer - dont help)

what the hell.....i think my pc the problem...I tried reinstall the game and i got this System.InvalidOperationException: Not in readyToInstallState.
so i dont reainstall the game..xD
