    Preparing to reconnect character (max 20 seconds)

    several of my characters kept giving me this message whenever I tried to login with them even after ive waited many minutes to login. What seems to be the case?

    When you click a character and the system message pops up, do not click "OK" yet. Wait for at least 20 seconds before you do.

    can't log in my other char?

    hi. im currently having a problem about my other character, i cant log in while the other character can. it started when i get disconnected and when i try to reconnect, this is message keep on popin

    although i've waited for a several minutes already and still i cant log in. some assistance with my issue please. thanks

    it didnt work.. waiting for more than 20sec before clicking again. even clicking the toons not the name dont work too

    I did exactly as you said, It doesn't work. My char's are still stuck at the char select screen, the rest seems fine but 2 of them are stuck this way, and I cant login to them.

    Let's try to isolate the problem to see where it's coming from.

    1. What was the last thing that you did before you crashed?
    2. Can you try to replicate everything that you did before this happened on a different char?

    I'm trying to get this bug so I can fix it and share the info but no luck(yea, I'm still fine), most of the players have got a game crash and then they couldn't login again with the character they were on, but with others, so... any more info would be appreciated xD

    I think we all have this 20 second issue before but I usually can log in after 20 seconds if you guys can't then there must be a new bug or something.
