Same problem here, after game crash, 2 of my character says wait 20 sec to log in, i guess it's a bug

 

I've done it on 3 characters now , al ive done is logged out , logged in and gone to same character.

 

Try to remain and stay logged in on one character. Had a few players where the problem went away when they stayed logged in on one char for 30mins+.

 

Cannot loggin to any lol......Q_Q

 

one of my char was chatting and resting in marchutan priory when it crashed just as I tried to move in game after I relogged, then the bug occurred. My 2nd char, I logged in since I was pissed I was unable to login the first char, and I saw Ive got some items sold at broker on this toon, I login char then crashed. then the bug appeared. Now 2 of my chars cant be used. Ive tried using other char to repeat same process but bug didnt occur and there wasnt any client crashes.

but 2 of my char is still in permalocked in char selection.

I can login all my chars now. However causes of bug is still unknown.

 

Guys try using this command from any of your alt chars

Code:

.fix CharacterName

Then try to log in again

Fixed it for a guy

 

if i try to type .fix "name of my character" it says player "name" not found on your account

 

The first letter has to be in caps

Cant login in-game

Am I the only who is having problem loging in-game? Literally, I cant log-in

 

I just logged in.

 

if you're using any ping reducers try changing the server or closing it

 

I was able to login in-game after 30+ minutes of waiting on the login screen.

 

Problem solved. Closing.

 

Account problem

I reinstalled windows about a month ago and 2 weeks later felt like playing Aion again. I wanted to log into my account but couldn't remember my account info.
The email i used for that account i abandoned a long time ago, making me unable to recover my info.
The last time i played was summer 2013.
I remember almost everything on that account; The characters, their names, classes, genders, their sets, inventory, items in warehouse, skill layouts, legions. I even had VIP on it.


Can I talk to admin/gm to prove it is my account and hopefully get it back?

If you were not able to login in-game or in the website within 6months time, theres a chance that your account is wipe. But, as the AM stated above, try to contact Ari, his helpful as always, he might be able recover your account info. Thank you.

 

In all reality. Summer was only a couple months ago. So, the account should still be there.
Shoot me a PM, need some info from you. And then to talk with Alente or Carl to verify that, from there; can get things moving along for ya.
