   please help me guys...i run the launcher and when it comes to the "black NCSOFT loader" it always error...pop-up error sendlog client...how to deal this guys...please help me huhuhu...

   usually when "Send Logs" appears in Ncsoft screen,da problem is Item pak...try with another Item pak
   
   or in my case I fix it..
