serial bug abusing sins

ok so I imagine we are all sick of seeing the same sins over and over and over serial bug abusing the hide bug.
jail isn't working, so is there a fix on the way or perhaps a 3 strikes and your out rule gonna happen for the serial abusers.

1st time jail
2nd 1 week ban
3rd ip ban

this is getting really old with the same bug abusing retards and I am sure it happens on both sides

I could add names like rastafara and follo.
but lets not make this thread like that.
lets just get some answers from gm's/carl/someone that might actually give a crap about maintaining this server
