Serious problem in Lumiel server..

I think many players are already tired of some players like evilangel, smooshy (and many other asmos) use programs for their own benefit in the game.
Clearly anyone can see that these players use NoAnimation and nothing is done. Many players have stopped playing because of it and many others will also stop, nobody can stand to die in 1/2 seconds.
AM play for 5 days or less doing pvp and you will see it is very obvious!
I'm sure this topic will be closed but what I can do, is not it?
