[Serious Question] Is it worth returning to Gamez in 2021?

Hello people,
Long time no see.

I'm Mystia (some others may remember me as Furan) and I played on this server for a few years.
I even modded the client to include a few design changes in the past, but things changed when I moved to Japan to realize my dream of becoming Hokage a network engineer.
As things have settled down in my private life, I'm considering returning to the server.

To help me decide, I would be happy if somebody (preferably staff, most preferably an admin) answered some of my questions:
・How has the community evolved over the last 3 years? (are community members growing or dwindling?)
・How is the administrative state of the server? (good or bad?)

・Are there any major experience-altering bugs right now?
・How frequent are server maintenances?
・How much availability (percent of uptime) does the server have in one month?​

・If I do return, would it be welcome for me to start modding the client again? (ofc only cosmetic changes)
