Seriously some real help would be nice

I am a new user and have as of yet been unable to access the game. Every time i attempt a login it says ID and Password do not match(2). I have made 2 more accounts, repaired using ncsoft, redownloaded and reinstalled the updates, redownloaded the bin 32, turned off my firewall, made sure my ncsoft launcher downloaded the NA update, reinstalled the gamezaion.exe multiple dozens of times. I would really like to just play. Any help would be great.

I am using the gamezaion launcher, I didnt make any mistakes in making my accounts, caps lock is NOT on and the launcher is installed in the right place. Any new ideas are welcome.

 

I could always make an account for you to see if that changes anything.

Finally found out the problem thank you so much. I had a special character in my password and it wasnt being allowed in game but it was on the website. Removed the special character on another one of my accounts just to be sure and it worked. Thanks for trying something new. I dont know if it was posted that special characters aren't allowed but if they are and i just missed it then I feel like an idiot lol. If not that could be a potential problem to look into.
