server change is changing character

server change is changing character​

Bug Description:

ok the bug is if your character is low in the list mine is at 13th place and you press change server sometimes it will switch character too its changing servers and switching to the 12th character at the same time its not only me it happens to my friend too​

How to reproduce/proof:

make alot of character pick the 13th one and try changing servers sometime it will switch characters​

 

its cuz it not draw low level characters on Arsha server

 

my character is lvl 65 it should not switch me to a lvl 20 character when i switch servers
