Bug Description:

pvp ruined by its poor balance​

How to reproduce/proof:

Since they implemented the buff, pvp has been ruined. Even though the server is focused on pvp, the buff activates with only a two-person difference; I saw it active with 28 players against 30. The buff doesn't account for afk pjs in the base, of which there are many. Sometimes I count up to 10 afk pjs giving away the buff for free, and now most of them have moved to the elyo side. There are practically no players left on the asmo side, and no boss alliances have formed, let alone siege alliances. Their method of balancing is ridiculous and has always ruined pvp.​
